How to use it in a case
Define enterprise IT governance through: Governance objectives (strategic alignment, value delivery, risk management, compliance) and Management objectives (resource optimization, capacity management, IT continuity). For each, establish practices, roles, and controls.

- Management Objectives. Process management, people/capabilities, infrastructure, security, operations
- Establish Practices. Define processes, controls, accountabilities for each objective
