1. Refund Eligibility

  • Lifetime Plan: 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase
  • Monthly Plan: Full refund if requested within 7 days of the first charge. Cancellation anytime thereafter.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Your account email address
  • Order or transaction ID (if available)
  • Reason for the refund request

We will respond to your request within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Requests made after the refund window has closed
  • Duplicate payments (contact us for a transfer to the correct account)
  • Cases where the account was used to circumvent payment or access unauthorized content
  • Chargebacks filed without contacting us first

5. Monthly Plan Cancellation

You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be issued for the current period, but you will not be charged again.
